Web Application Development

Web apps built to run your business, not just launch.

Frontend, backend and infrastructure engineered together as one system not handed off between teams. We ship working software in weeks then stay on to run it.

What's included

Every layer of the application, one accountable team.

We don't hand you off between a frontend shop and a backend contractor. The same engineers own it end to end.

Frontend Engineering

Fast, accessible interfaces built in React and Next.js not just responsive, but genuinely fast on real devices and real networks.

Backend & APIs

Well modeled data, clean API contracts and business logic that's actually testable the part that's expensive to fix later if rushed now.

Authentication & Security

Proper auth, role based access, and input handling from day one not bolted on after a security review flags it.

Performance & Scale

Caching, indexing, and load testing done before launch, not diagnosed under pressure when usage suddenly spikes.

Testing & QA

Automated tests and staging environments so a Tuesday deploy doesn't become a Tuesday incident.

Deployment & Hosting

Infrastructure set up correctly the first time CI/CD, monitoring and backups so launch day isn't a guessing game.

How we build

Five stages, always in this order.

Every web app we've shipped has followed this sequence skipping a stage is usually where projects go wrong.

01

Discover & scope

We define exactly what the application needs to do for whom and what "done" looks like in writing, before any code.

02

Design & architecture

Data model, API contracts and interface design happen together so the frontend and backend agree before either is built.

03

Build & iterate

Working software every two weeks, not a single reveal at the end you see it, use it and redirect it as it takes shape.

04

Test & harden

Real load testing, edge cases and a staging environment that mirrors production before anything goes live.

05

Launch & support

We deploy it, watch it and stay on as the team you call when something needs to change not a handoff to a ticket queue.

Ways to work together

Two ways to start depending on what you already know.

Fixed-scope build

You know what you need built.

A defined application, a defined timeline, a fixed price agreed before we start. Best when requirements are clear.

  • Detailed proposal before any commitment
  • Milestone based delivery and payment
  • Source code and documentation are yours at handoff
Ongoing partnership

You need a team, not a one off project.

Embedded engineering capacity for products that keep evolving new features, scaling work and support, month over month.

  • Monthly capacity, scoped together each sprint
  • Same engineers throughout, not a rotating bench
  • Pause or adjust scope as your priorities shift
Proof, not a promise

A ride-sharing platform for Bahria Town, Karachi commuters designed, built and still operated by our team, with real drivers and real riders using it daily.

  • Full-stack build: booking flow, driver verification, live tracking
  • Launched and iterated based on real usage not assumptions
  • We still maintain and extend it today

Questions

What people usually ask before starting.

How long does a typical web application take to build?
Most projects launch a first working version in 6–12 weeks, depending on scope. We scope this precisely during the Discover stage before quoting a timeline not a generic range applied to every project.
Do we own the code and infrastructure afterward?
Yes. On fixed scope builds, source code, documentation and infrastructure access are handed over at completion. You're never locked into us to keep your own product running.
What if our requirements change partway through?
Two week build cycles exist for exactly this reason you see working software often enough to redirect early before a change means reworking months of assumptions.
Do you work with an existing codebase, or only new builds?
Both. We regularly take over existing applications the Discover stage includes an honest assessment of what's there before we commit to a plan or a timeline.
